This is a very nice hotel with kind staff. The dining room was a bit small, but never mind. Rooms are beautiful and clean

The reception staff were, very friendly. I had booked 3 double bed rooms. All though it had a bad smell which was quickly corrected with air freshener. The rooms were clean and fully equipped. Myself and my guests managed to sleep well and enjoy breakfast

Reasonable price for fair short stay accommodation. Family room adequate for 2 adults and 2 children for a short stay. Would use this hotel again

St Mark Hotel - average. Nothing special here really. Clean enough, bed was comfortable, breakfast was alright. Maybe stay again, the price was really good

St Mark Hotel was okay, I actually found it a bit dirty and sub-standard. I don't think I will be back here

Good location for access to tubes to city centre, rooms okay, but the breakfast is very disappointing

Receptionist was not helpful at all he did not once smile or at least look happy and the room was really small, it was not worth the money and it did smell a bit funny and the shower door would not even open. There was no hot water so when we finally managed to get in the shower we had to have a cold shower and we did not want to approach the receptionist because he did not look friendly at all

I stayed at St. Mark Hotel with my family at the end of April. The location is excellent: close to shops, bus stop and tube. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We spent a wonderful week there.

Nice little hotel well-located (not far from little supermarkets, food shops etc and 200 metres from Earl's Court Station). We had a quad room (were with 2 children aged 4 and 7). The room was a bit tiny for 4 beds but we appreciated the kitchenette in the evening. The bathroom (shower, sink and toilets) was very clean (only had 2 towels and had to ask or 2 extra, which was no problem). It was not noisy at all. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good (even if the breakfast room was a bit small perhaps). To be recommended .

Very good Hotel, very clean and warm. The only thing that could be change, is the breakfast room, which could be bigger.

Great little hotel, location was excellent. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast room a little small, and can't say we were impressed at the people who checked in at 1am and then showered.
