Thank you for a lovely time at Swansea. The staff are a credit to the university.

Great. Easy to locate and park. Staff were friendly and informative about transport and the domestic arrangements. Hearty breakfast and fantastic views!

Staff very polite and helpful. Found instructions for wireless connection complicated. IT support very helpful but unavailable over weekend. Room was not cleaned to the usual standard I have experienced in the past. Hairs, food crumbs were on the floor on arrival which was a disappointing. Overall experience good in refectory. Ventilation is very poor due to restricted window opening which kept towel damp and uncomfortable to use. Use of a fridge would be a huge advantage. I`ll be back next year.

Clean safe secure accommodation with lovely views over the bay of Swansea and the green parkland surrounding the countryside, only a 15 minute walk on beach into Swansea and 1 minute walk to beach. Breakfast filling and good value, basic accommodation put you up in beds which were comfy, clean towels and en suite was a pod which served its purpose, tea and coffee making facilities in room and a fridge. Would stay there again.

Cheap and cheerful! Very basic, but okay for the odd night. Bathrooms need much thorough cleaning, especially basins and taps. Mould on showers too. However, new carpets improved the appearance. Strangely, the university had much better accommodation in modern blocks right next door. Not sure why these are not let out.

We stayed 3 nights, the first 2 were fine but on the third there was an incessant gurgling through the radiator pipes that made sleep impossible. At 3am we got the security guys up to listen, eventually they moved us to 2 single rooms. It was no comfort the next morning to be told this goes on most of the time and students never complain. I could hardly recommend Preseli to anyone on this basis.
