Last month I stayed in Preseli. The door had been left open before I arrived and there were no towels, cups or a kettle. It was also really noisy. This month I stayed in Langland, and it was a completely different experience - a clean, comfortable room, very quiet. Towels, soap, etc. provided. I was very impressed - I work on campus and visit Swansea once per month. I wish there were rooms available in term time because I'd rather stay in Langland than in a hotel

I think the acommodation at Premier Swansea represents pretty good value for money, particularly for a single traveller like myself. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The breakfasts were of a standard you would find in a 2* or 3* hotel. I was quite happy with the package overall

The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The accommodation is reasonably priced and basic but includes everything you need in an ideal location. The room was fresh, clean and peaceful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider using it in the future

Basic but clean and comfortable in a fantastic location. Don't expect a quiet night - some kind of generator makes a low level hum, other residents forget their doors slam if just left and the seagulls skreech all night!!! Breakfast very good and reception staff very helpful and friendly (provided ear plugs)
