Palace Court Holiday Apartments Reviews
I had a great stay. Palace Court Holiday Apartments is much better than any 3 Star hotel in London. I will be going back next year.
The curtains in upstairs room at Palace Court Holiday Apartments were very thin and let in too much light. We were then in room 13, which they made improvements to during our stay. After the doors were oiled to stop them squeaking. The shower head was replaced. The water pressure for cold was non-existent and the mattress needs to be replaced. The downstairs room was o.k but I think you need to spend some money updating what would otherwise be a nice place to stay. Notting Hill is excellent for access to doing things in London. The staff were very prompt and helpful.
I spent 3 days in London with my sister. The hotel is very well located, walking distance of Notting Hil Gate, Oxford Street and Kensington. The room was very clean and somewhat spacious and nicely equipped. Bathroom although small was very clean and fonctional. Our room was a little noisy as near the main road and some guests not being fully aware that banging doors at 3.00 am was not the most polite thing to do. But our stay was enjoyable. The people at reception were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. A good Jubilee week end
Palace Court Holiday Apartments was in a fantastic location just 5 minutes from the tube station. Dianas Cafe is a must as food and drink is lovely. The photos of Lady Di are brill. Our rooms were very spacious. Staff really pleasant
This was a perfectly positioned apartment for a week of London sight-seeing. It was easy to get on the Tube and just a short walk to the apartment. The apartment was large for my expectations, and clean. We did not have any issues with hot water as others have mentioned. The staff was very helpful. My only surprise was the additional 2% charge to use my credit card to pay the balance. They said it was in my confirmation documentation, but I could not see it. Regardless, I'd stay at Palace Court Holiday Apartments again, and again
The room was spacious enough, it also had its own large balcony. The bed was probably not suitable for someone who is tall
Apartment was very spacious and clean and value for the money. Stairs, walls and doors leading up to apartment were very shabby. Good location. Staff helpful
It's a perfect place to stay for a short or a long period time. It's clean, and you have your own kitchen. The one and only problem is the reception closing hour (11pm)
It's not the Ritz so manage your expectations accordingly, however the room was comfortable, had all the facilities I needed and was good value for money considering London prices. I thought this was a good choice for budget travellers, with friendly staff and a great location
The stay here was enjoyable and staff were pleasant. The apartment was cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. Value for money
