Helpful staff, a beautiful clean room with a nice balcony which wasn't said on the description. This was a pleasant surprise. The walls are thick, couldn't hear my neighbours. Indeed, no toilet paper, but because of the reviews I was prepared and brought my own! I would definitely go back again

Clean room, bedding, fridge and en-suite. Sadly, no hot water jug in double room, and no toilet paper in en-suite. More a hostel than a hotel, with shared cooking facilities and TV room. A bit tricky to find your way around it - couldn't find the first room we were allocated. Stairs are a burden to an unfit middle-aged woman, so suggest a first floor room. Men at the reception are a bit aloof and not exactly informative, but at least they are polite. Most suitable for young people with energy to climb stairs with luggage, and who like to mingle

The location is very strategic. The room was clean, and the receptionist is polite. I was satisfied with the service. Although at first it is quite hard to find the room because there was no sign where the room is located

Good size, clean room, well appointed. Couldn't work out how to turn off bathroom light, a bit hot in room for my taste and window difficult to keep open
