I have good stay in Edinburgh House Hotel. It was clean and gave me all that I needed. Quite not expensive too

The hotel was clean, close to the city centre (2,3km), quiet, warm. The breakfast was perfect and the parking outside the hotel was free. The satellite signal was very weak such as the WiFi that was not free

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the Edinburgh House Hotel. The breakfast was much better than I had expected, the queality:price was good and the location was just right

The Edinburgh House Hotel was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh. We were situated right in the centre of the city which made everything easier than if we had been miles out. We managed to park our car outside for free and the staff were very helpful. I'd certainly recommend it

Clean rooms, convenient place of the hotel, problems because of the old building but quickly corrected, good breakfast, no windows in the room 10.
