Central location and kept very clean, but space is very limited and some rooms (as well as the showers from time to time) are freezing! Staff seem to have some mood swings, from being super nice to hardly answering your questions

1) I had booked a 4-6 bed room, but was allocated a room with 18 people. Not quite what I was expecting. 2) Several of the armchairs in the kitchen/eating area had very large rips in them, with the filling spilling out. Not very pleasant. 3) Staff were pleasant, and food was okay

I loved it there! The staff were well nice and it wasn't freezing which was my worst fear. They have a lounge which everyone goes and chills in. It's well good. Then breakfast in the morning aswell :) It's literally just around the corner from Kings Cross stn so it's ridiculously close to the stn if you want to get around. Muchas gracias

Ashlee House is a brilliant hostel! 4 minute walk to King's Cross, very friendly staff and everything was clean. Best price-quality I've seen so far! Certainly recommended.

As I was on my own I was a bit nervous to what the place would be like. As I went to the office I was welcomed in a very friendly manner. As soon as I went into to the self- catering kitchen I was talking to different people which was really nice. If your coming from out of Britain you will not be alone as the majority of the guests are from all over the world. There is a lounge area and the kitchen has a TV. The only thing was, was that I didn't expect to be in a room with boys. But as I was there for a few days it didn't bother me after a while. If you need any help the staff are willing to help you
