Fair. However, the room was not ready on time, one towel was missing. There were spots on the ceiling, perhaps because of an accident in the floor above

I very much enjoyed my stay there. The lady that runs the place was just a joy and treated me like an old family member. The location is perfect, just right next to the Tube station so access to the city was just great. Now, just keep in mind that this is not the Ritz and you should be ok. I found this to be great value for money. Plus the free ride to the airport was a nice add on

Acton Town Hotel is in a great location just a stone throw from Acton Town station, giving it easy access to both West and Central London. The room was clean and inviting with kind, helpful staff. Thanks for a great stay!

Oven was not working, temperature in the room was very hot and there was no possibility to change it. Very good breakfast and we appreciate the kindness of the hotel team

The Acton Town Hotel was a good place to stay for a short stay. It provided everything we needed, ie. clean beds and bathrooms and the staff were fairly friendly

I would not recommend this London hostel to anyone who doesn't love spiders. Apart from the lack of cleaning issue the hostel is ok

Acton Town Hotel is very close to the Tube. It is clean and does the job. The staff were friendly and gave us great advice. I would stay there again.

The facilities were not clean, there was no hot water in the shower, the heater was extremely hot to the point of not being able to sleep and I was not able to control it from my room, and breakfast was served later than my time to leave premises so I could not have it and I was not provided with an alternative for it.
