Liverpool Street Train Station provides fast direct links from The City to Stansted Airport in around 45 minutes via the Stansted Express, as well as rail routes across East Anglia, Hertfordshire and Essex operated by c2c and Greater Anglia. You can get to Norwich in 2 hours to admire the historic castle, or travel to Southend in 1 hour for a day by the sea in Essex. Head up to Cambridge in 1 hour 10 minutes to marvel at the University of Cambridge, or take a trip to Braintree in 1 hour or Enfield Town in half an hour.

You’ve got a choice of three tube lines from Liverpool Street Station, so you can get to most places pretty easily! Why not travel just 6 minutes to Waterloo - here you’ll find the fantastic London Eye and the London Aquarium. Or you can travel 9 minutes and be at Leicester Square Tube Station, in the heart of London’s vibrant West End. Take in a show, or sample some of the wonderful restaurants and nightlife. In about 10 minutes you’ll be at spectacular Buckingham Palace (get off at St James’ Park Tube Station). And in 14 minutes you can be at Baker Street – home of the fascinating Sherlock Holmes Museum and the world-famous Madame Tussauds wax museum.

If you decide to drive around the Liverpool Street area you can park in the NCP car park near Liverpool Street Station on Great Eastern Street.

If you stay in the Liverpool Street area you can reach many of London’s top attractions on foot.
