South Woodford is great area of north-east London where visitors to the city can find easy access to the sights and sounds of the city centre, while also having the opportunity to rest their heads away from the hubbub. It may be on the London Underground Central Line, but the reality is that South Woodford is where the urban sprawl of the capital begins to blend in with beautiful countryside. It's close to the ancient woodland of Epping Forest, with ample green space surrounding the suburb. But there is also a number of great restaurants, shops and bars around the high street.
Getting on the tube, which is only a short walk from the Grove Hill Hotel, visitors to the area can be in Central London in less than half an hour. There they can find all the fantastic attractions London is famous for, from the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace to the shopping heaven of Oxford Street and the fascinating artefacts of the Victoria and Albert Museum.
