La ricezione di arrivo aveva problemi a trovare la nostra prenotazione, ci sono stati finalmente in grado di check-in dopo una breve attesa. La stanza era compatto, ma tutto lì ed è stato pulito. Anche se la nostra camera è venuto con un forno a microonde, abbiamo avuto la richiesta di stoviglie, bicchieri e un apribottiglie queste arrivato dopo una breve attesa. Abbiamo poi chiesto cuscini extra per il letto, purtroppo non sono arrivati. Stato al piano terra la sala era un po 'rumoroso, ma per Londra suppongo che questo era normale. Su tutti un soggiorno piacevole è stato era, e noi lo raccomandiamo.

molto pulito, molto ricercata. Abbiamo prenotato una suite executive che era molto tranquilla, non si sentiva alcuna del mondo esterno! Anche se avete fatto sentire come se in giro per un labirinto per accedere alla camera, attraverso l'interno e non attraverso la scala antincendio. Il personale è stato anche molto utile.
