Ero completamente soddisfatto del mio soggiorno presso l'Hotel Celevland. La camera era una dimensione adeguata per un hotel a Londra, che tendono ad essere sul lato piccola comunque. Il personale era amichevole, in uscita e cortese. La mia stanza era servito ogni giorno ad un alto livello. Vorrei raccomandare questo htoel a chiunque viaggi a Londra. L'ubicazione e la vicinanza ai negozi e la metropolitana sono stati eccellenti!

Davvero molto comodo per il trasporto pubblico, buona cucina nelle vicinanze. Staff were helpful, come può essere, la stanza era un po 'più piccola, ma penso che sia bene. Un hotel piacevole, Cleveland Hotel. I will come again! : D

Personale è stato molto amichevole ed utile. Great location. Camera bella e tranquilla. Termostato inutile la temperatura mantenuta reimpostare automaticamente con sé problemi di pulizie. Stanza molto polverosa e pavimento sporco quando sono arrivato. Camera non l'aspirapolvere ogni giorno e in una occasione non spazzatura svuotati e tappetino arrotolato bagnato pozza lasciando sul pavimento.
