Bed and Breakfast en Edgware
Nestled in the far fringes of north-west London, Edgware's history is embroiled with London's Jewish community. It is home to the 'eruv' in the UK, which is an area where Jews have permission to do activities that would otherwise be forbidden on the Sabbath. The eruv, which spans an 11-mile radius and is marked by a series of poles, gives the neighbourhood a unique feel and provides context to its array of wonderful eateries and shops. Although much of Edgware is residential, there is a fantastic indoor shopping centre named The Mall Broadwalk and Watling Market is also held nearby every Saturday, where visitors can pick up all manner of fruit, vegetables and second hand goods. Madonna Halleys Hotel is a great place to stay for tourists interested in Edgware. From here, they can easily take the London Underground towards the city centre on either the Jubilee Line from Canons Park or the Northern Line from Edgware.
