As the staff at Princes Street East Backpackers Hostel have all been backpacking, they know how to provide the friendly, lively atmosphere you’re looking for! In fact, many of them are hostel residents so that there’s a 24 hour reception, no curfew and a secure door entrance overnight. You’ll find two fully equipped shared kitchens you can cook in here (with free tea and coffee), as well as a shop selling snacks and essentials like phone cards, and laundry facilities so you can do some washing.

The dormitory rooms at Princes Street East Backpackers Hostel have 4-8 beds in them. There are private double rooms too but these are snapped up very quickly. These all share hot showers. There are lockers available, as well as luggage storage and a valuables lock up. To unwind you should go to the TV room where you can watch hundreds of DVD’s, or to the Cave games room where you can play CD’s watch TV, or play foosball. When you want to email home you can use the internet terminals or WiFi.
