Customer service slightly below par from the manager but the receptionist was friendly . Extremely basic London accommodation. No fans and housekeeping not done well. Location was great, close to subway, main travel around London was easy and area was safe. Self catering was good close to grocery stores. Very very basic

Thought the room was pretty good, nice and clean and the bathroom was excellent, only problems for myself was that the room was too hot temperature wise and also the bed was a little hard, but overall very happy with my stay at Dylan Earls Court

I have to say that when I found the Dylan apartments, they looked amazing online in all websites and compared with the other places I found, I was really excited. Unfortunately although the location was very good (apart from the building noise from Earls Court, which obviously the apartments have no control over), the studio we were given was very shabby. We were told that we had been upgraded to a larger room with double & single bed. Bathroom was a cupboard up two steps and the kitchenette was a cupboard also just by the steps, not very hygienic. I think it would be better to show the apartments realistically rather than raise hopes. Also I was outraged to be expected to pay £10 as a luggage storage fee to leave our bags there until the evening.

Very good staff and position. It needs more attention to kitchen facilities and furniture in room, for example, the double room with one chair only and computer desk instead of a table for eating

My room was a bit cramped but I only need a place to sleep. Big plus is the location. Staff were good too
