Ideal location for us at Commodore Hotel, on a quiet side street but right by Kensington Gardens and fab transport links. Customer service was superb, couldn't ask for better staff. Bit run down but no problem for us as we just wanted a place to sleep in a central spot. Thanks!

Though it’s a pretty impressive hotel, I did pay a pretty large sum for my room and for that price it didn’t have everything I wanted. You’d expect a 4* hotel to have things like Wifi throughout and an in-room sfae. The décor was beautiful but I would have preferred less swank more amenities. The location, though, is phenomenal and that should be a selling point alone. The staff were friendly and upbeat; I’d stay again if they sorted out some of the little things
