Stayed for one night at Cromwell Crown Hotel London, no problems with room but was a bit noisy near the lift. Coffee supplied was horrible, need to use a different brand of instant

The service at the reception desk at Cromwell Crown Hotel London was very supportive and requests of mine were duly approached. The location is strategic, at least, it corresponded to my needs to attend an event at the Natural History Museum. What I would recommend is a better maintenance of the bed linen

Lovely, clean room, tea and coffee making facilities, and a good location for walking to and from The Royal Albert Hall. We will definitely book Cromwell Crown Hotel London again next October
