Comfortable, clean accommodation and very reasonably priced. Very quiet except for the planes going over but they did not keep us awake. I would use it again if needing to stay in that part of London.

Room: smaller than I thought it would be, the walls need cleaning and the top quilt. However the bathroom was good, the shower worked effectively although i don't think the flush handle is going to survive much longer. The bed was comfortable, but could have benefited from an extra pillow or two. Tea and coffee making facilities would also be nice. Location: excellent location, just minutes away from the bus station and an even shorter walk to the tube at Pimlico. Breakfast: slightly disappointing for a Full English breakfast, and confused as to why we could either have a glass of orange juice or a bowl of cornflakes but not both. The food was good, service was adequate, but there was no hash browns, only one sausage, no tomatoes or fried bread and no slices of bread on the side

Bedding and room very clean and fresh, very helpful staff. Breakfast was very nice. Only problem when having breakfast as soon as you had finished your juice or your food off the plate staff would take it away while my partner was still eating. That is very bad manners. Overall very pleasant
