Fraser Court is one of the newest additions and is located in the South Zone. Accommodation is arranged into flats (apartments), most of which are for 4 persons. All bedrooms are single-occupancy and bathroom facilities (showers and baths) are shared.

Meals can be taken at the nearby John McIntyre Centre. However, unlike other full-board accommodation at Pollock, tenancies at Fraser Court are available on a 30-week basis. Each flat also has its own kitchen with full cooking facilities, when full-board provision is not available. Accommodation is in single study bedrooms on a full board basis (breakfast and evening meal seven days a week, with lunch included at weekends).

The site offers two squash courts, a shop, a cash machine, extensive computing facilities in the Microlab and a small library. The Moon Bar includes pool tables, video games and a large screen satellite TV. Bedding is supplied.

Due to a smoking ban on all public areas in Scotland, all areas of Fraser Court are non-smoking.

• By Plane : Edinburgh's International Airport has direct flights from a number of European centres. There are regular flights to and from London, and visitors from North America can fly direct to Glasgow (40 miles) from Edinburgh
• By Train : The nearest mainline train station is Waverley Station in the centre of the City. Example journey times by train to Edinburgh from Aberdeen is 2hrs 30mins, Manchester 3 hrs 50 mins, Birmingham 4hrs 30 mins, Newcastle 1 hr 30 mins, Glasgow 50 mins, Liverpool 4 hrs 30 mins, Inverness 4 hrs, London 4 hrs 20 mins
• By Car : The King's Buildings Campus can be accessed from the A701 from from the City Bypass (A720) until it becomes Mayfield Road. Entrance gates 3 and 4 can be found on Mayfield Road with entrance gates 1 and 2 on West Mains Road. Visitors using the A1 can approach the University following the City Bypass (A720), turn off at the A701 junction until it becomes Mayfield Road (The Science and Engineering Faculty) and continue straight ahead until through Causewayside until you reach the central area
