South Clerk Street is in the heart of the Newington area, midway between the George Square campus and Pollock Halls. Built in 1994, it is one of the few blocks of University flats to be designated as completely non-smoking. South Clerk Street provides self-catering single-bedroom accommodation in flats for groups of 4, 5 or 6 persons. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared by the residents of each flat.
