The University flats at Warrender Park Road are in two adjoining blocks. One block (#108) was built in 1988, whilst at the same time, the large and imposing stone building next door (#102), was also converted into student housing. The flats provide single-bedroom accommodation, in a mixture of sizes of flats; the majority are for groups of between 4 and 6 residents, and kitchen and bathroom facilities are shared between. Facilities include laundry, cycle storage, parking, ResNet.
