I have stayed at Spring Park Hotel three and it is what it says it is: 'budget rooms'. It is somewhere to lay your head at reasonable prices. I arrived this time and was put in a room I was not happy with, so I expressed this to the receiptionist and the next day I was moved to a nicier room. Can't complain...pleasant staff and patient cleaners :D Overall: Good

Spring Park Hotel is in an excellent location and makes everywhere really accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are clean they could do with painting - little shabby around the edges.

Spring Park Hotel is very basic and in need of repairs in all areas but its cheap clean and safe. If you are out for a night out with the lads its perfect! I was happy enough but am easy pleased

Brilliant location, mins away from Manor House tube. Stayed at this hotel for a midweek Arsenal game and would book it again. Room small and basic but clean enough, windows could do with a clean and the radiator was too hot! Fine if you literally want a cheap crash pad for the night.

I was disappointed by the Spring Park Hotel in London. The only positive is that it is very close to the tube.
