My friend and I stayed at this hotel last weekend, and booked it purely through reading reviews before. We loved this hotel, very easy to find, so near Bayswater tube station. The room was spotless, and the beds and pillows so comfy, I had 2 great nights sleep! I would recommend Cafe Anglais around the corner for a meal. We went on a Sunday night and it was really quiet, but would imagine more atmosphere on a Friday or Saturday. Overall, great little hotel, lovely staff, nice clean, modern rooms, good location, what more for the price? Would definitely stay again

Very nice hotel, very clean. Only downfall, the walls were very thin meaning you could hear everything that was going on around you. But would definitely stay here again

Small room compensated by the lovely garden view and high ceilings. Clean, pay more attention to detail in the bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff, they allowed us to check out later than the usual time for free.
