An ordinary hotel, however it was pleasant as the staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The room was simply furnished but as the whole building looked new the rooms reflected this e.g. a gleaming white en-suite bathroom.

A good, quiet choice for an airport hotel run by helpful, professional staff. Excellent breakfasts and food offered in the bar & restaurant. A shame that there is no room service! You must carry a loaded food tray up in the lifts (swiping a card to call the lift) and then swipe your card again to get into your room - pretty difficult! The facilities in the room were generally good and clean but noticeably lacking a bar fridge, iron and ironing board! Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a convenient night’s rest near the airport.

Room was clean and spacious with a nice view. Staff were generally friendly but not as helpful as can be. Location is convenient to Heathrow, but very far from city centre.

Could not have been better. Reception very efficient, hotel room spacious, clean and comfortable with all usual facilities. Great watching the planes so close up, could not hear a thing! Amazing. Great breakfast, comfortable bar area with very efficient staff, in fact all the staff were very attentive. Easy access to the M4. We will be staying again. Thanks.
