There's nothing posh about this hotel. Hotel Lily is small and plain but does it's job of providing a clean bed and bathroom (all be it small) in the heart of London. I'll return.

The staff at Hotel Lily were very helpful and pleasant. The room was small but clean, overall could do with a refurbishment as rooms are looking tired. The price I paid made this very good value for money and central for museums and shopping.

Hotel Lily is very good value for money. The rooms were very clean, fresh towels every day, and tea and coffee making facilities were just a godsend. Very friendly staff

We booked a Quad room with 4 single beds and private bathroom. The room didn't look like photos seen on the website. It was very, very small and old. It was rather clean. The most important trouble was the noise. Not in the hotel but from the street. The only advantage is that the hotel is situated really near the underground
