This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel which means I was satisfied with the service and price. However, I think a higher price means a higher standard of cleaning if you want people to come again. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and I particularly appreciate your staff friendly nature

Convenient for Victoria Station and a good price (online discount). Breakfast was continental and certainly nice enough. Room and facilities were good and clean, we were on 4th floor so a bit of a walk up the stars. Would use this hotel in London again

Decent hotel, room had a double and single (convenient for suitcases). Problem with sink fixed the same day. Desk responsive to requests. Weak WiFi in our room, even though we were 1 floor above the office area, but 5 Wifi servers showed up. All seemed weak. Continental breakfast was fine, staff kept refilling food and cleared tables as they emptied. Good location close to Victoria Station. Decent value for the money
