Excellent location, meals, staff, concierge, ambience. We were looking for somewhere to stay for our weekend in London. Mother and Daughter, we didn't need to use the tube as everywhere was within close walking distance and felt safe too. Great area, wonderful olde worlde pubs, West End Shows and a great hotel. Couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you, will book again. Thank you too to Antone - who diligently managed to secure a taxi in a very short time frame on our last day to the St. Pancras International Station
