My stay at Gate hotel was definitely good. Yasmine is a very nice person, the location is excellent, the room we had (n6) was actually better than others in some hotels priced more than the Gate. The breakfast is in the room 'cause there is no breakfast room but is good and rich. I will sure come back again to Gate Hotel!

The Gate Hotel London in Portabello Road was clean, simple, elegant and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and it was really a pleasurable experience. The location is wonderful and close to Notting Hill Gate underground and plenty of buses

We were put down in the dungeon, underground, with a very small spiralling staircase. The room was extremely small, warm, but with a fan, thanks goodness. The other rooms may be fine, but I would not recommend this hotel, based on our experience, to anyone.
