I have never been to Europe so don't have anything to compare this Inn to. Our first booking was terrible. They put us in a room that was so small that by the time we got our luggage in we had no room. The distance between the bathroom sink and the wall was so small a large person would never be able to get into the shower. Plus we are in our 70's but far from incapable, we had to pack our luggage up stairs and then down stairs to get into the room. No air conditioning, just stiffling in the room. They claim this was a standard double room. Hard for me to believe. Our second stay was a bigger room but had girders of some kind that my husband had to duck under to get to and from the bed. How they can rate that a 3 star hotel is beyond me. I do have to say it was clean but very sparse

Comfort Inn Buckingham Palace was great value. The location was excellent for doing tourist activities in Central London and close to public transport also. Our room was a decent size and all in all it was a clean, enjoyable stay for a reasonable price. I'll stay here again if I ever come back to London

Basic facilities and room but adequate. Room in the basement, clean but only a fan for cooling, lacked air conditioning on a humid day

My stay at Comfort Inn was very relaxing. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and very clean. The shower was lovely and powerful. There was a hairdryer in the room and a television on the wall. There is a safe in the room which you put your own code into. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast as I feel it was a waste of money. You got toast, cereal and croissant with a juice and tea or coffee for 7.95. You are 5 mins away from Victoria Station with a lovely Garfunkel’s that do a full English for cheaper than that. My overall stay was great and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable for a 3 star. The only downside was the breakfast area; it was far too small for the amount of guests. We had to sit and wait for a table for breakfast at 8.30 each morning. The staff were very helpful and polite.
