Good place to stay for a short trip. Close to main attractions, museums. However the room was tiny and extremaly hot - it was difficult to sleep, no air-conditioning, window didn't open enough to make it better. Bathroom was uncomfortable and quite ugly (with dirty shower courtains and basin). Staff was distanced and not friendly. Only the cleaning service was spot-on. In generall Ambassadors Hotel London Kensington is a good place to stay if you're not fussy and want to stay in walking distance from museums and city centre. I understand you are paying for the location and not the comfort

Basement room with no windows. It was 29°C in the room when we opened it. We cooled it down with the aircon but impossible to sleep with the cold draught and the noise.

Ambassadors Hotel Kensington was very clean and well kept. The staff friendly and helpful, some of the rooms are newer than others so obviously these are slightly better. The all over experience was good and well priced for Kensington
